Restart the app, ensure you have a stable connection, then tap Daily Prizes. If it still looks wrong, contact us with your Player name, the event time, and what was expected.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Home → Restore Purchases in Coinnect on the device that uses the same Apple/Google account used for the original purchase.
How do tournaments and prizes work?
Tournaments run every 4 hours. 1st place wins the posted prize (e.g., $5 gift card). Eligibility, prize delivery, and tie-breakers are covered in our rules.
