Coinnect — Official Rules

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern all sweepstakes and prize promotions conducted within the Coinnect mobile application (“App”). Coinnect lets players match, spin, and climb leaderboards for the chance to win digital gift cards. By participating, you agree to these Rules.

Apple Disclosure: Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, does not endorse, and is not involved in this contest or sweepstakes. Apple Inc. is not responsible for its administration or the awarding of prizes.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding AZ, AR, CT, DE, LA, MT, SC, SD, and TN) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of 2Pens Media are not eligible.

3) How Coinnect Is Played

Coinnect is a free-to-play, skill-based match-3 puzzle game with spin-wheel bonuses and timed tournaments. Players match coins on the board to earn points, climb the leaderboard, and unlock chances to win digital gift cards. Players may also receive spins or Wild Coins for bonus opportunities. Prizes are awarded to top-ranking players or through random draws, as displayed in the App.

The game can be downloaded and played for free. Purchases (such as in-app coins or spins) are optional and do not increase your chances of winning prizes.

4) Promotion Period

Promotions are continuous and occur in recurring drawing windows (“Entry Periods”), typically every 4 hours. Each Entry Period resets when a new tournament or bonus event begins. Server time (Central Time US) controls.

5) How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

In-App Entry: Play Coinnect, complete matches, or participate in events that show “Win Gift Cards.” Each completed tournament or activity earns entries automatically for that Entry Period.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Send an email to support@coinnectapp.net with the subject line “Free Entry – Coinnect” and include your full name and Coinnect Player ID. Limit one (1) email entry per Entry Period. No purchase necessary; purchases do not improve odds of winning.

6) Prizes

Type: Digital gift cards (major retailers or PayPal cash).
Quantity & Frequency: One (1) winner is selected approximately every four (4) hours (‘Entry Period’). Sponsor reserves the right to modify the number or frequency of drawings without prior notice.
Value: Typical prizes range from US $25 to $100 ARV each.
Gift cards are subject to issuer terms. Total ARV per month varies by number of Entry Periods and prizes offered.

7) Winner Selection & Odds

Winners are selected via random drawing or leaderboard placement, as specified in-app for each promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and/or the skill-based performance of players during the Entry Period.

8) Notification & Prize Claim

Winners notified via in-app message and/or email within 24–48 hours of drawing or tournament end.
Winners must respond within 48 hours or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Prizes are delivered digitally (gift-card code or PayPal transfer). Winners must maintain an active email/PayPal account.

9) Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. U.S. winners receiving $600 or more in a calendar year may need to submit IRS Form W-9 and will receive Form 1099-MISC.

10) General Conditions

2Pens Media’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
Entries that are incomplete, tampered with, or generated by bots will be void.
2Pens Media may modify or cancel any promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Legitimate entries received before cancellation remain eligible.

11) Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 2Pens Media and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

12) Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for 2Pens Media to use winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotion without further compensation. Information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict rules. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
